- Physical address (for service matching)
- Government ID (for Cleaner verification - via Stripe, not stored by us)
1.2 Payment Information
- Host Payments: Credit card payments processed by Stripe - we do NOT store credit card details
- Transaction Records: We store payment references and transaction history only
- Cleaner Payouts: Bank account details collected via Stripe Connect for receiving payments

3. Information Sharing
3.1 Between Users
- Hosts see Cleaner name, rating, verification status
- Cleaners see Host name, property address, contact info (after booking)
- Reviews are public
3.2 Service Providers
- Stripe - Payment processing and cleaner payouts (stripe.com)
- Namecheap - Web hosting and transactional email services (namecheap.com)
3.3 Legal Requirements
- Comply with court orders or subpoenas
- Respond to law enforcement requests
- Prevent fraud and abuse on our platform
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions
4. Data Storage & Security
Where is my data stored?
Your data is hosted on Namecheap servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption (TLS/SSL) for data transmission.
- Passwords are hashed and salted
- Data encrypted during transmission (HTTPS)
- Access restricted to authorized personnel only
- Regular security updates and monitoring
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data kept while account exists
- Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months
- Transaction records: 7 years (tax requirements)
- Chat messages: 12 months
- Deleted accounts: 30 days grace period
6. Your Rights
- Access - Request copy of your data
- Correction - Fix inaccurate information
- Deletion - Request account deletion

7. Local Storage
We use local device storage for:
- Authentication (keeping you logged in)
- Preferences (saving your settings)
- Security (fraud prevention)
You can clear app data in your device settings, which will reset these preferences.

Our platform is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Third-Party Links
Our platform may link to external sites (Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. International Users
If you access our platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
